| Bryn Melyn is a detached holiday cottage which has been converted from
part of the original 17th century farm buildings of 'Maeswalter' to accommodate
2 people.
The original stone work has been beautifully restored and also the walled parking area of the yard. This cosy one bedroom cottage is all on one level and will sleep two
people (double or as a twin) lounge with 'freesat t.v. dining and fitted
kitchen area (electric hob, grill and oven combined). Electric toaster,
kettle and microwave. All flavours of tea, coffee and sugar are provided.

The bed linen (double or as a twin) is provided and made up for your
arrival and also bath and hand towels are supplied. Soap, shower gel and
toilet rolls are also in the bathroom.
There is also a utility adjacent to the cottage with washing machine
and tumble dryer and two stands for drying. This room would also
be ideal for storing luggage whilst staying at Bryn Melyn.
There are several Pubs in the area if you should wish to eat out.
There are shops in Sennybridge and a Post Office. Nearest town is Brecon,
10 miles away.
Prices start from £280 Low Season, £350 Mid and £450
High.

Directions from Brecon
Take the A470 Merthyr Tydfil road after travelling 5 miles take the
Defynnog turning to the right this brings
you onto the A4215 sennybridge
road - travel 2 ½ miles take
the Heol Senni turning to the left - travel a
further 1½ miles and you will
find Maeswalter on the right.
Maeswalter is marked on the ordnance survey maps 160 and 11 so we
are in fact quite easy to find.
